These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Martins Masonry field quoting application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Martins Masonry provides a mobile-first tool for masonry contractors to capture site visit information, sync client requests from Jobber, and generate AI-assisted visual proposals. The Service includes photo and audio capture, cloud storage, AI transcription and rendering features, and webhook integrations.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit illegal, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or to interfere with other users’ access to the Service.

3. Account Security

Where account access is enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Martins Masonry are the property of Martins Masonry or its licensors. You retain ownership of the photos, audio, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Proposals, renderings, and estimates produced by the Service are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point for your review. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all measurements, pricing, and deliverables before presenting them to clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martins Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
